For vegetable gardens the Bradfield Organics® 3-1-5 Luscious
Lawn & Garden™ can be applied either blanket method
and tilled in or side banded down the row. If using the row method
it would benefit by digging a row at least six inches deep and
applying the Bradfield Organics® 3-1-5 Luscious Lawn & Garden™
in the bottom of the row then covering the Bradfield Organics® 3-1-5
Luscious Lawn & Garden™ with an inch or two of soil
depending what type of plants you are planting and putting the
seeds on top of soil in the row. This causes the plants to reach
the nutrient zone when they are larger and need more nutrients.
Twenty pounds per thousand feet should be the rate for either
method. Another application at the same rate can be applied at
maturity of plants on the surface of soil for added yields.
